The AWS — Analyst Weighted Score is the proprietary quantitative multi-factor system that drives every decision in the Santiago1000 portfolio on eToro. It is not just a ranking of stocks: it is a structured process that combines several dimensions of analysis into a single score comparable across different companies.

The goal is always the same: to identify in a systematic, repeatable and emotion-free way the companies that deserve to enter the portfolio, how much weight they should carry, and when it is time to replace them.

How it works

Every stock covered by the system is evaluated through a set of indicators that measure distinct and complementary dimensions of a company’s quality and the market timing. Among the areas analysed are earnings quality, balance sheet strength, sustainable growth, price and fundamentals momentum, and the aggregated view of professional analysts.

The different indicators are weighted and combined into a single AWS Score. The portfolio is built from the stocks with the highest scores, with clear rules for positioning, rebalancing and exit. The system is updated weekly, so that the portfolio always reflects the most recent state of available information.

The logic of each indicator, the assigned weights and the entry and exit thresholds remain proprietary and are not publicly disclosed.
